Administrative Assistant – Sales Support

Temp 6 to 8 months
Pay: $21 to $27 DOEE
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team at our Gardena location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about helping teams stay efficient and focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales department
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking customer requests
Maintain organized filing systems and CRM data entry
Liaise with internal departments and external clients professionally
Support event planning and logistics for sales-related activities
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
