The DNA Group is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support enterprise initiatives within a large-scale child welfare information system modernization project. This role requires advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/Dataverse administration, development, and pipeline deployment. The consultant will collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and technical leadership to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that streamline business processes, improve system performance, and enhance the user experience.

Overview Requirements:

• Provide Dynamics 365 backend support, including XRM Toolbox/Plugins, advanced XML queries, and Dataverse custom entities to manage fixes, patches, and enhancements.

• Lead technical development and configuration management activities, participating in Agile sprint ceremonies.

• Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) deployment pipelines across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Training, PreProd, Prod).

• Configure and develop Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages, to address business needs.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather requirements, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Design and implement CRM dashboards, workflows, and business process flows to improve efficiency and reporting.

• Provide technical documentation, design specifications, and solution modeling sessions with stakeholders.

• Deliver demos of final solutions to Product Owners and SMEs, incorporating user feedback for iterative improvements.

• Manage CRM security, APIs, PowerApps Portal, and platform release updates.

• Coordinate code releases, perform version control, and oversee automated code quality checks in GitHub and ADO.

• Work with QA and Training teams by creating tip sheets, walkthroughs, and technical clarifications.

• Participate in project meetings and provide weekly status updates on deliverables and pending tasks.

• Collaborate with Microsoft Premier Support and internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

• Provide advisory support to stakeholders, including process reengineering recommendations and configuration options.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:

• Development lead experience overseeing technical implementation and configuration management, including participation in Agile sprint ceremonies: 11 years (Required)

• Preparing complex configuration, design, technical, and architectural documentation: 11 years (Required)

• Hands-on involvement in complex, large-scale technology initiatives: 11 years (Required)

• Skilled in LAN/WAN network technologies: 10 years (Required)

• Background in server operations and support for both Linux and Windows systems: 10 years (Required)

• Background in Human Services and Child Welfare: 10 years (Required)

• D365 and Power Apps Administration experience: 6 years (Required)

• Skilled in Dynamics 365 development and functional configuration, with hands-on experience in implementing automated deployment pipelines: 6 years (Required)

• Experience with Power Automate, Azure DevOps, and Azure App Services: 6 years (Required)

• MS Visio experience: 3 years (Required)

• Provided support to the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency: 1 year (Required)

• Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery: 5 years (Highly Desired)
