Job Title: Translator

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate written documents from source language to target language with accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in terminology and style across projects.
- Review and edit translations for grammatical and contextual accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information during the translation process.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and tools.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 3 to 5 years in translation or related fields.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in at least two languages, including English.
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances in both source and target languages.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with translation tools and software.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in specialized areas such as legal, medical, or technical translation.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
