Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is seeking an experienced candidate to help drive Bond Beacon as Fidelity’s next-generation, digital fixed income investment management and trading platform for intermediary and institutional clients. The role involves defining the platform's strategy, features, and capabilities, leveraging fixed income market knowledge, marketplace benchmarking, analytic insights, and client feedback to create a differentiated platform.

The Role

• Collaborate with the Head of Fixed Income Product and stakeholders to develop a 3-5 year strategic vision for the Beacon platform, aligning customer needs, market structure, and business value.
• Create a product roadmap with clear objectives and KPIs, leading the product team to execute it alongside technology and business partners, requiring expertise in fixed income market structure and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, ensuring a consistent customer experience across business units and fostering an innovative, customer-centric culture within Fidelity.
• Lead the creation and implementation of digital capabilities and integrations for Bond Beacon, providing expertise in fixed income workflows to ensure timely delivery to clients.

Expertise and Skills

• Extensive experience in financial services with a focus on bonds, including investment and trading platforms, analytics, portfolio management, and execution systems.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with senior executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and interest in building a unique team within Fidelity.
• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from complex data.
• Experience leading large product teams using best practices in product management.
• Technical proficiency supporting platform strategy, design, and implementation.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with enthusiasm for the financial industry, especially fixed income.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, or related quantitative field preferred.
